🦠 What are microorganisms?

Microorganisms (or microbes) are tiny living things that are so small you can’t see them with your eyes.

You need a special tool called a microscope to see them.

🔍 Types of microorganisms

There are different kinds:

🦠 Bacteria – found everywhere (air, water, inside your body)

🧫 Fungi – like mold on bread or mushrooms

🧬 Viruses – very tiny, can make us sick

🐜 Protozoa – tiny animals that live in water

🌿 Algae – small plant-like organisms in water
