  • At night if there are no clouds you can see bright spots in the sky at night.


  • The stars appear to move across the sky during the night, from east to west.


  • This happens becase earth is turning from west to east.


  • Constellation


  • The brightest stars in the night sky seems to form patterns these patterns are called constellation.


  • We see diffrent constellations of stars at diffrent times of the year. This is because the earth travels along it’s orbit round the sun once each year

  • An orbit is the fixed, curved path in which an object moves around another object because of gravity.


  • Eg: the earth moves around the sun in a orbit.
