How we breath?
Breathing is the process of taking in oxygen and removing carbon dioxide from your body.
Here's how it works:
Inhale (Breathe in):
Your diaphragm (a muscle below your lungs) contracts and moves downward.
Your chest expands, and your lungs fill with air.
Oxygen from the air passes into your bloodstream.
Exhale (Breathe out):
The diaphragm relaxes and moves upward.
Your chest becomes smaller, pushing air out of your lungs.
Carbon dioxide, a waste gas, leaves your body.
This cycle repeats automatically throughout your life. An average adult breathes about 12–20 times per minute while resting.
