Means studying the differences between individuals of the same species. It is a way to observe, measure, and understand how living things are not exactly the same.

You measure or observe many individuals

For example

• Measure the height of all students

  • Median is the middle value in your results

  • A set of numbers you collected during an investigation

  • Mode is the most common value in a set of data

  • It shows which feature appears most


5. Mean

  • Mean is the average value in a set of numbers

  • You find it by adding all the values and then dividing by how many values there are
