Clouds

Clouds are made of tiny water droplets.

  • Clouds are a huge part of the water cycle.

  • Clouds where vibration causes heat and everything vibrates ,unless absoulte zero.

  • So the vibration causes it to evaporate (water).

  • So evaporation happens when that heat/vibration comes on the surface of water so the surface starts to get heated and it will turn into vapor.

  • Then the vapor goes up and a lot of them turns into clouds.

  • Then the cloud rains and water comes again. USES

  • Clouds help regulate temperature because sometimes they block the suns heat and the clouds will also rain.

  • Clouds also reflect some sunlight. Cloud types

  • Cirrus: Thin, wispy clouds high in the sky. Made of ice crystals. Also could be a warning that rain could come

  • Cirrostratus: Thin Sheet like clouds that create halos around the sun or moon

  • Cirrocumules: Small white patches

  • Altostrarus: Gray or blue- gray sheets covering much of the sky. They may bring light rain or snow.

  • Altocumules: White or gray puffy patches often seen in groups. They can indicate thunderstorms
