Joints

Points

  1. A joint is place where to bones meet.

  2. There are two types of joints one is fixed joints second one is moveble joints.

  3. The skull has fixed joints.

  4. The crianium is made up of sevral bones .

  5. This helps cranium to protect the brain.

  6. The jawbone is joined to the rest of the skull.

The wiggly lines you see at the joints (like where two bones meet) are because of the way bones fit together and are covered by cartilage.

The orbit is a bony cavity in the skull that protects the eye from injury and keeps it in the right position. It also contains muscles, nerves, and blood vessels that help the eye move, see, and stay healthy.

Every jaw bone has two gaps (one on each side) because those are the spaces where nerves and blood vessels pass through.

These gaps, called foramina let nerves carry feeling to your lips and blood keep your mouth healthy.
