Conservation is taking care of nature and resources so they are available for the future.
Examples:
Conserving forests – not cutting too many trees, planting new ones
Conserving water – turning off taps, not wasting water
Conserving electricity – switching off lights and fans when not needed
Conserving animals – protecting wildlife and their homes
Why is conservation important?

Keeps Earth healthy for us and future generations
