Pluto is a small, icy world way out past all the big planets in our solar system.
A long time ago, people thought Pluto was a planet, but now scientists call it a dwarf planet because it’s smaller than the other planets and a bit different.
Pluto is very cold and made mostly of ice and rock. It takes a very long time—over 200 years!—to go all the way around the Sun.
Even though Pluto is far away and small, it’s still a cool part of our solar system! 🪐❄️
